HELP OUT THE ELEMENTARY SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES!
The animals who live near the manger have heard that a new baby has been born. They are all very curious to know what kind of baby it might be and are eager to solve the mystery. Hearing that the baby is the “Lamb of God,” the lambs believe that baby will be like them. The doves heard that the baby is the “Prince of Peace” and think the baby must be a dove. All the other animals in turn are sure the baby will be like them. Who will be at our manger this Christmas? You can help decide. In conjunction with our Christmas musical, the children at Wesley are on a mission to see what animals will come to our manger this Christmas. YOU can help us decide! The children are going through World Vision to purchase animals with YOUR donations to help send to countries around the world. World Vision is an international partnership of Christians whose mission is to follow our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice, and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God. We are called to serve the people in greatest need around the world, to relieve their suffering and to promote the transformation of their condition of life. Look for the display at the church and listen for the announcements and give generously for a great cause!
Middle School Group Middle School Sunday school is a
great way for teenagers to link what they learn from the Bible to their real-life experiences. Each week we use “Linc” which takes issues and events that are happening in the news and gives us scripture and activities to help us discuss how we are affected and how we can react as Christians. Middle School Group meets every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on the third floor in the Middle School Room.
High School Group The High School Group meets Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. on the 3rd floor above the gym.
